At AA & K DISTRIBUTION INC., we take the "Transit" part of our mission seriously. All goods must be properly crated, palletised, or secured by the shipper prior to handover. Don't leave it to chance. We reserve the right to refuse any cargo that bypasses safety protocols.
Need a specific delivery window? We strive for precision, but weather, port congestion, and highway irregularities are outside our control. Our 17 years in the industry taught us that flexibility saves shipments.
Liabilities & Insurance
Let's talk about the heavy stuff. Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the limits set by standard industry carriage acts unless a higher value is declared in writing. Have you verified your supplemental coverage recently?
We're not responsible for indirect losses or site-specific delays beyond the loading dock. Liability starts when the cargo is signed onto our manifest and ends with the recipient's signature. No exceptions. No shortcuts.
Storage Facilities
Warehousing solutions at our Tampa facility operate under the 24/7 surveillance standard. Storage fees are calculated based on pallet footprint and volume. We don't like hidden costs; you won't find them here.
Notice for withdrawal of goods requires a minimum of 48 business hours. Why? Because logistics is a choreographed dance of machinery and manpower. We need time to clear the stage for your cargo.
